About the Venue
Maharaj Singh College stands as a distinguished institution of advanced higher learning and intellectual leadership in western Uttar Pradesh. Founded in 1957 by Late Babu Maharaj Singh, who dedicated nearly all personal assets to establish this seat of excellence, the College was envisioned as a transformative nucleus of scientific thought and academic prestige.
Initially offering programmes in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, it has evolved into a multidisciplinary ecosystem with 11 UG and 7 PG programmes, fostering pioneering, research-led intellectual advancement and knowledge-driven academic distinction.
Situated in Saharanpur, about 165 km north of New Delhi, the nearly 170,000 sq. ft. academic campus and 300,000 sq. ft. athletic/open-learning spaces support 3,500 scholars engaged in high-impact intellectual advancement with global resonance.
About the Workshop
A focused, hands-on workshop designed to help students understand the principles of scholarly writing, with special emphasis on writing well-structured review papers.
The workshop brings together experienced mentors and motivated students to develop strong academic writing skills through guided sessions and hands-on exercises. Participants will learn how to organize information and present insights clearly in a formal academic format.
